Redefining the Gandhidham skyline

Year2024 – Ongoing Area2,40,000 sq ft ClientMixed-Use Developer ScopeArchitecture + Interior Design

The Storeys is KTA's most ambitious work to date — a pair of high-rise towers that together form a new landmark for Gandhidham. The project was conceived as a vertical city: each tower containing residential floors above a mixed-use podium.

The facade system was designed to maximise natural ventilation and daylight penetration while reducing solar heat gain — a critical consideration in the Gujarat climate.

At night, a beacon light at each tower's crown references the navigational lights of the merchant ships that have shaped Gandhidham's identity as a port city.
